I am a compassionate, results-driven mental health professional dedicated to empowering individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and build lasting emotional resilience. With a deep understanding of the human experience, I create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing strategies for growth, healing, and self-discovery.

Holding a master’s degree in Development Studies and an LL.B, I bring a unique, holistic approach to therapy—integrating psychological principles, cultural awareness, and legal insights. This well-rounded perspective allows me to address a diverse range of issues with depth and sensitivity, ensuring that each client receives personalized, insightful, and effective care.

As a registered member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP), I specialize in individual and couples counseling, stress and anxiety management, trauma recovery, career transitions, and cultural adaptation. I am passionate about helping my clients overcome obstacles, strengthen relationships, and find clarity in moments of uncertainty.

My therapeutic philosophy is built on the belief that healing and growth thrive in a collaborative and empowering environment. Every client is unique, and so is their journey. I take the time to truly understand their experiences, challenges, and aspirations, tailoring my approach to meet their specific needs. Through warmth, empathy, and evidence-based techniques, I guide my clients toward meaningful change, greater self-awareness, and a more fulfilling life.
