About Cassandra
Cassandra Francis (She/Her)| MCP, RP (Qualifying)
Founder, Clinic Director, and Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Hello my name is Cassandra Francis. Thank you for taking the time to read more about me.
My interest in psychotherapy began while working as a Physiotherapist Assistant. Within that position, I recognized how much an individual’s mental health impacts their physical health and overall well-being. Since then, I have over six years of experience working with individuals who have experienced anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem concerns, identity concerns, interpersonal conflict, trauma, and more. I have always been interested in the process of recovery and integration. I believe that everyone has the ability to expand their well-being, and I am here to support you along the way.
