Hello, my name is Sara. Thank you for taking the time to read more about me.
Sara is a dedicated and compassionate therapist-in-training who is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology. She holds a Master of Sociology and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, both of which have deepened her understanding of individual and collective experiences, identity development, and social dynamics.
Sara is committed to a person-centered, strength-based approach, ensuring that each client feels heard, valued, and empowered in their therapeutic journey. She believes in fostering a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their emotions, develop self-awareness, and cultivate resilience. Her experience in empowerment programs has given her the tools to help individuals and communities enhance their well-being, navigate life transitions, and build meaningful connections.
Sara’s professional background includes roles in education, facilitation, and community work, where she has supported individuals in developing emotional intelligence, self-advocacy, and confidence. She is particularly passionate about working with youth, emerging adults, and individuals navigating identity, cultural, or interpersonal challenges.
