Firstly, we would like to acknowledge the challenges you are facing and the effort you have been putting into your work and other responsibilities. With your actions that lead you here (to burnout!), it is evident that you are dedicated and hardworking, but you are probably also recognizing the toll it can take on your mental well-being when there's an imbalance between work and personal life.

Just as we need to fuel our bodies with nourishing food and get enough rest to function optimally, we also need to prioritize our mental and emotional well-being. When we neglect self-care and allow work to consume all our time and energy, it can lead to burnout and negatively impact our overall health.
