How Does Confidentiality Work?

It is a therapist's ethical duty to breach confidentiality if:

  • A client is at harm to self or other(s). 

  • A child (under the age of 18) or a senior (65+) is at risk of harm. 

  • A client's files are subpoenaed by the court.

  • A client experiences a health emergency during a session.

Outside of these reasons, your personal information (including what is discussed during sessions) will not be disclosed without your informed written consent.

Do You Offer In-Person Sessions?

Yes! Our psychotherapy and nutritional services are offered by phone, video, and in-person!

  • Complimentary Meet & Greet (20 minutes)

  • Psychotherapy Individual Initial Appointments (50 mins) - $180

  • Psychotherapy Individual Follow Ups (50 mins) - $160

  • Extended Psychotherapy Individual Follow-ups (70 min) - $190

  • Individual Consultations (90 min) - $300

  • Couples Initial Appointments (90 mins) - $220

  • Couples Follow Ups (60 mins) - $210

  • Couples Consultations (120 min) - $550

  • Family Therapy Sessions (90 min) - $300

  • Group Therapy Sessions (90 min) - $75 per person/session

  • Individual Nutrition Initial Assessments (60 min) - $125

  • Individual Nutrition Follow-Up (30 min) - $105

  • Couples Nutrition Initial Assessments (90 min) - $180

  • Couple Nutrition Follow-Up (45min) - $150

Do You Offer Sliding Scale Sessions?

Yes we do! Proof of your need is not required! Individuals are welcome to accessing our sliding scale options. We also offer session packages for couples for cost effective care.

What Languages Do You Offer Your Services In?

Depending on which practitioner you see, we offer:

Do You Direct Bill to Insurance Companies?

Yes we do! We direct bill to certain private insurance companies starting on August 26, 2024! However, we do not direct bill to WSIB or MVA claims. Please contact us for more information on how to set up direct billing!
